the dress isn't cream, like in the photo, it's a dark tan...a surprise i was not expecting. the neck is constructed too high, so it feels like it's choking me. kind of disappointed.

I paid for this dress on July 1st and received it today August 23rd. The estimated time frame listed by the seller is 2 weeks for making the dress+ shipping. Nevertheless, I'm not sure how almost 8 weeks of delivery can be justified. n nI love the idea of this dress but the seamstress didn't do a good job, to be honest. The right side of dress lifts up for some reason. The pockets are way too big and one pocket is placed higher than the other. In the picture, it looks like both pockets are at same height and very discreet. n nOverall, not happy with this purchase and I personally do not recommend this seller. nsorry!

Okay, so I never (ever ever) write negative posts. But I really feel like I am forced to do so in this case because I would not want anyone else to have the same experience I had. n nFirst, I want to make it clear that Giulia, the woman who makes these beautiful-looking clothes, seems like a really nice, well-intentioned person. I really believe that. n nHaving said that, ordering a shirt/dress from her has been a nightmare which still continues. I specifically asked for the shirt/dress to be made larger so it would be loose-fitting and I gave measurements for the shirt/dress which were approximately 4 and 5 inches larger than my actual measurements. More than 2 months later, it still hadn’t arrived. I confirmed the mailing address with her. She kept asking me to wait as it perhaps takes longer to arrive from abroad; I did. She asked me to go to my post office and inquire if it was there; I did (and I had to wait on a massive line on Sat. as I work M-F and it was well into the holiday season at the time). Almost three months after I first ordered it, she said that it must be lost and refunded the money to my paypal account; after three weeks, it still hasn’t credited to my account and when I called paypal, they had no record of the refund (Giulia sent a confirmation number so perhaps it just hasn’t credited yet). Four months after I ordered the shirt/dress, it actually arrived. It had been mailed to a different address. Then, when I tried it on, the shirt/dress was so tight it barely fit, esp over the bust and waist (and I had actually LOST weight between when I gave her the measurements and when I tried it on – sigh). I honestly cannot figure out how she could have made the shirt/dress so drastically smaller than I requested. At this point, I am just going to write this experience off as money spent on a shirt/dress that I will likely never even wear. So disappointing. n nAgain, I think the Giulia is a nice person, has only good intentions, and the shirt/dress itself is beautiful and well made. How
